These are lectures to support the content of the textbook by Harold Jacobs. I also include support for graphing calculators which were unavailable at the book's writing in 1979. This is the second half of a complete high school course in algebra. Topics for this half of the course include polynomials, factoring, fractions with algebraic expressions, square roots, solving quadratic equations four ways, working with exact expressions, solving equations with radicals, solving equations with rational algebraic expressions, solving inequalities and absolute value.
